DANIEL KIBANDE NKWANGA
Founder and chief visionary
Daniel- a professional Social worker, with a vast experience working for and with community towards development and creating an impact. Formerly worked with CHILD FUND INTERNATIONAL as a community Development officer (CDO), Organization for Rural Development (ORUDE) as a manager, MUKISA AGALI AWAMU SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE as a General Manager. And JUNGLE FOREVER as a National General Manager-Uganda. And founder of the CITIZEN FOUNDATION, a community based organization. Despite the challenges of living in poverty and unpleasant slum conditions, many of the slum children find solace in books/education. Despite not having proper resources, knowledge is impacted to the eager minds.
Education is the only weapon and with it we can change the future of slum children. With contributions put together we can have the powers to change the circumstances.
NANTAMBI STELLA
Resident Administrator
Stella- Professional language teacher. She taught several secondary schools. Including but not limited to St-James secondary school, Good Heart secondary school, Honest Hill secondary school, Masese Girls secondary school.
Our teachers’ enthusiasm and passion for children goes well beyond enjoying being with them but wanting to make a difference to each child. The teachers drive to unlock every child’s door to learning, and overcoming any obstacle a child may have. A patient nature, combined with a sense of humor, helps our teachers take the ups and downs of every day in stride, while focusing on the end goals, prepared for multicultural classrooms with many ethnicities, cultures and traditions.

HEADTEACHER
A professional teacher of Mathematic and social studies with a vast experience of Uganda education curriculum.
Working with young children all day takes huge measures of patience. The nature of their age makes young children rambunctious, with short attention spans and little self-control. Every child is different, too, making the job even more challenging. A patient nature, combined with a sense of humor, helps teachers take the ups and downs of every day in stride, while focusing on the end goals.

Every child comes to school with a unique personality and learning style. To reach each child effectively, teachers respect these differences. In our global society, teachers are also be prepared for multicultural classrooms with many ethnicities, cultures and traditions represented.
